Zeilinger Wool Co.

I sent just over 16 pounds of raw fleece off to Zeilinger’s at the end of January to take advantage of their 27% off any prepaid order for the month of January

(raw fleece and a very dirty kitchen floor)

and found that UPS had delivered a box with the finished rovings on my doorstep this week.

February Spinsters’ Club

Nikol hosted Spinsters’ this month out in Harveyville and we it seems that we gain a couple of new spinners every meeting. We gathered upstairs in the entry way hall which made for a cozy room with lots of  light, plus, it made it easy for the conversations for flow back and forth.

A Crocheted Piano

Joana Vasconcelos is a Paris born artist that now resides and works in Portugal.  She’s created this amazing piece by completely covering a baby grand piano with crochet work.  Wow!

This definitely takes doilies to an entirely different level!
