March Harveyville Spinster’s

The drive to Harveyville was overcast and rainy, but definitely worth the travel. This is such and inspiring and encouraging group of women — there’s always lots of laugher, new ideas and great conversations to go with our love of fibers.

I was drooling over this roving that Nancy dyed — the pic just doesn’t do it justice.

Wow, this is the fleece from the little Romeo of a ram from Ewephoria farm that Nikol bought. Spread out it looks like it came from a woolie mammoth instead of a sheep!

A close-up of the crimp.

All this done under the watchful eyes of Mr. Owl.

  1. I’m so bummed I had to miss Sunday! We finished redoing our dining room, but I sure could have used some spinning time. What fun!
